It can be difficult to find out your shoe size if you don't know what it is. But, follow these instructions and you will have a clue what the sizing is for your foot.

Stand facing away from the assistant so they can take measurements without being seen.

Place one foot on the paper with about one inch of space in front of it and step forward onto it with the other foot so that both feet have been measured simultaneously.

Have the assistant use a tape measure to measure your feet and write down the numbers. Measure both left and right feet.

Add the numbers of both feet together, then divide this number by two. This will give you your average foot size. This number is an approximation of your shoe size, so try to find someone with a pair of shoes that fit well or check your old shoes if they fit well and see what size they are marked as.

As this is only an approximation, try trying on a few different pairs of shoes from different manufacturers in this brand to get the best fit for you. Keep trying on different shoes until you find the shoe size that feels comfortable and fits correctly.
